We use J&T Express for local deliveries within Malaysia. For international shipments, we use EMS to ensure reliable and secure delivery.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for customers who are located nearby. COD availability is subject to location and mutual agreement during the order process.

Processing & Delivery Time

All orders will be processed once payment has been confirmed or after order arrangements have been finalised. Delivery times may vary depending on courier service, destination, and external factors beyond our control.

Courier Responsibility

Once items have been handed over to the courier, FROMUKBABE SHOP is not responsible for any delays, damage, or loss caused by the courier service.

Customer Responsibility
